"La Maison du Gruyere’’ - the cheese factory situated in the very center, near the alpine pastures and at the foot of the Chateau de Gruyeres. La Maison du Gruyere invites you to discover the king of the cheese: Le Gruyere AOC. The show Dairy was opened in 1969, it will let you know everything about the production of Le Gruyere cheese, a process richly steeped in tradition that has been passed on from generation to generation. The Maison du Gruyere takes you into the heart of the senses with an exhibition on fragrances and tastes.

Lunch in a Swiss cheese restaurant, where you will savor the delicious cheese fondue made from the best cheese in the city.

Transfer to Broc and visit the “La Maison de Cailler” chocolate factory which is ten minutes drive from Gruyeres. You will enjoy watching and listening to the history of Cailler presented in a very interesting way, then the chocolate-making process will finish with the best part, chocolate tasting!
